How to Book a Tasheer Appointment to Stamp Saudi Visa 2023

Whether you’re thinking about going on a family vacation, heading to Saudi Arabia for work, going on a religious journey like Umrah or Hajj, or just planning a visit, there are some important steps you need to follow to get your visa and biometric verification done.

In this blog post, we’ll guide you through the steps to book a Tasheer appointment for your Saudi visa stamping.

Step 1- Book an appointment through the Tasheer portal

  • Go to the Tasheer portal. (It used to be known as Etimad, then it became Gerrys, and now it’s known as Tasheer.)
  • Select your country to access the portal’s main dashboard for Tasheer appointments.

  • Click on the “Schedule an appointment” option.
  • A notification will appear; click “OK” to proceed and you’ll be directed to the “Earliest Available Appointment Date” page.

Step 2- Enter Visa Details

  • Select your “Nationality.”

  • Choose your “Visa Category” based on your purpose of travel (e.g. family visit, Umrah, Resident, Work, etc.)

  • Scroll down, check the “Consent” box, and click “Continue.”

  • Checkmark  “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions,” then click “Accept.”
  • Then in “Visa Details” select Individual (if only 1 person is applying for visa) or Family (if 2 or more family members are applying for visa.)
  • Click “Next” to proceed.

Step 3- Enter Sponsor Details

  • Enter your visa number in “Invitation/Pre-approval Number”.
  • Provide your Iqama number in the “Sponsor ID number”.
  • Click “Next” to proceed.

Step 4- Fill the Applicant’s Personal and Passport Details

On the “Applicant Details” page, enter the applicant’s:

  • First name
  • Last/Family name
  • Gender
  • Marital status
  • Nationality
  • Religion
  • Occupation
  • Qualification
  • Contact number (with country code, without “+” or “00”)
  • Valid email address
  • Select the Saudi Mission Office for visa stamping
  • Port of entry
  • Transport mode
  • Number of entries (select the same visa type as in “Visa Category”).
  • Click “Next” to proceed.

On the “Passport Information as in Passport” section, enter the applicant’s:

  • Passport number
  • Re-type passport number
  • Place of issue
  • Date of issue
  • Passport expiry date
  • Place of birth
  • Date of birth
  • Select “No” if you don’t have an Arabic passport.
  • Click “Next” to proceed.

  • Choose the most suitable date for your visit to the center.
  • Select the nearest center and your preferred visiting date.
  • Choose the appointment category (Normal or Lounge).

Note:

‘Lounge’ charges you much more than ‘Normal’ so it’s better to choose normal service.

If you have an Islamabad visa, you can book an appointment in Peshawar, Islamabad, or Lahore.

If you have a Karachi visa, you can visit centers in Quetta or Karachi.

  • Once you’ve picked your preferred center, simply select a suitable date for your visit. You can scroll to the right to see additional available dates.
  • Now select a suitable time slot between 10:30 AM and 4:45 PM.
  • Click “Next” to proceed.

Step 6- Review Tasheer Appointment

  • Review the applicant’s details, appointment date and time, and center location.

  • Click “Confirm & Book” to complete the appointment booking process.

Step 7- Print Your Appointment Letter

After booking, you can:

  • Directly print the appointment letter.
  • Save the letter on your computer.

The appointment letter is required for your visit to the Tasheer center.

  • Tasheer assigns a unique 10-digit reference number, which is crucial for tracking your appointment and visa status.
  • You can find it on your appointment letter, just below the barcode.

How to Check Tasheer Appointment

  • Visit the Tasheer website.
  • Select your country.
  • Click “Track Status” and enter your Appointment Reference Number or Visa Number, along with your date of birth.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation message with your appointment date and time.

How to Reschedule Tasheer Appointment

  • Visit vc.tasheer.com/reschedule.
  • Select your country.
  • Choose “Reschedule” under the “Appointment” section.
  • Enter your Appointment Reference Number or Passport Number, along with your date of birth.
  • Select a new date and time.
  • Confirm the rescheduling process.
