Pro Tip: If you want to check your internet balance, dial *888*5# on your mobile phone, and the system will inform you about your remaining data.
Check STC Balance with an SMS
Another method to check your balance is by sending an SMS.
Follow these steps:
- Compose a new SMS.
- Write the word “balance” (without quotes) in the message body.
- Send the SMS to the number 900.
- You will receive a message from Sawa (STC) containing your remaining balance.
Pro Tip: To check your internet balance via SMS, send an SMS with the code “2220” to the number 900. You will receive a message with the number of remaining MBs in your STC account.
Check STC Balance Through the STC Mobile App
If you prefer a more convenient way to check your STC balance, you can download and use the official STC mobile app.
Here’s how:
- Go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your smartphone.
- Search for the “mySTC” app.
- Download and install the app.
- Open the app and sign in with your STC account.
