Method 1: Saudi Electricity Bill Check Without Registration – ALKAHRABA App
To check your electricity bill without registration, use the ALKAHRABA app.
- Access the Google Play Store or iTunes and search for ‘ALKAHRABA’
- Download and open the app
- To switch the language to English, tap the gear icon located in the top left corner and select English
- Click on ‘Bill Services’
- Enter the 11-digit Account number and tap ‘Inquire’
- The next screen displays the due amount of the electricity bill (You don’t need any other details like name, iqama number, iqama expiry date, etc.)
- Look for the ‘pdf’ icon in the bottom left corner; clicking it allows you to download the e-bill. Ensure the account number belongs to your connection to avoid incorrect information
- Verify the bill’s status, whether it’s ‘Paid’ or ‘Due Amount,’ in the ‘invoice information’ section
- The app provides additional information below the invoice summary. Check the customer and invoice details, including the meter owner’s name, to match it with the paper bill
Method 2: Saudi Electricity Bill Check Online
To check your electricity bill online, follow these steps:
- Visit the SEC website
- If you haven’t already registered, click on ‘Register with se.com.sa‘ and enter the required information in the appropriate fields
- Once registered successfully, log in to your account
- Navigate to ‘Account Services‘
- Click on ‘My Bills‘ to view your detailed billing information
Method 3: Saudi Electricity Bill Check Without Registration
If you prefer not to register for an account, you can still check your electricity bill details through WhatsApp. Here’s how:
- Open WhatsApp
- Send a Hi to the WhatsApp number 920001100
- Follow Instructions
- Follow the instructions provided to check your Saudi electricity bill details hassle-free
Method 4: Receive Saudi Electricity Bills Via SMS
Stay updated on your electricity bills and payment details by registering with the Saudi Electricity Company’s SMS service
- Send Registration Request
- Send #9 followed by your Account Number to 500120 in English.
- To edit a registered account, send #1 followed by your Account Number to 500120
- If you wish to unsubscribe, send #2 followed by your Account Number to 500120
Method 5: Receive Electricity Bills through Email
You can also receive your electricity bills via email by following these steps:
- Visit the SEC E-Bill Registration Page
- Enter your electricity bill ‘Account number‘ and ‘Email ID’
- Choose ‘English’ Language
- Click on ‘Register‘ to complete the process
- If you ever want to cancel the email alerts, you can do so by selecting ‘Cancel Registration‘
