- To switch the language to English, tap the gear icon located in the top left corner and select English
- Click on ‘Bill Services’
- Enter the 11-digit Account number and tap ‘Inquire’
- The next screen displays the due amount of the electricity bill (You don’t need any other details like name, iqama number, iqama expiry date, etc.)
- Look for the ‘pdf’ icon in the bottom left corner; clicking it allows you to download the e-bill. Ensure the account number belongs to your connection to avoid incorrect information
- Verify the bill’s status, whether it’s ‘Paid’ or ‘Due Amount,’ in the ‘invoice information’ section
- The app provides additional information below the invoice summary. Check the customer and invoice details, including the meter owner’s name, to match it with the paper bill

- If you haven’t already registered, click on ‘Register with se.com.sa‘ and enter the required information in the appropriate fields
