Iqama Renewal 2023
Your Iqama in Saudi Arabia needs to be renewed every year.
As a foreigner, make sure to keep an eye on iqama expiry date and renew it at least THREE DAYS before it runs out.
To renew your Iqama card, you need to make payments for several fees, including the MOI Iqama fee, the work permit fee, and the expat dependent fee (if applicable).
That way, you’ll always be in the clear.
To renew your Iqama, you’ve got to meet some requirements:
- Pay the renewal fees and any late penalties.
- Clear any traffic violations linked to your driving license.
- Make sure your fingerprints and photos are in the system, including those of family members over 15 years old.
- Ensure your passport is still valid.
- You must be physically present in Saudi Arabia.
- And don’t be marked as absent from work.
